Tallgrass Family Medicine: Our Providers

Monica Scheibmeir, RN MS, PhD, FNP
Monica joined the practice in February of 2006. She sees patients on a limited basis at this time.  In addition to doing family medicine with Dr. Johns, Monica is also a faculty member with the University Of Kansas School Of Nursing. Monica brings with her 20 years of experience as a family nurse practitioner. She has worked in out-patient clinics in rural and urban settings performing primary and urgent care to patients of all ages. Monica received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Kansas, her Master of Nursing from the University of Arizona-Tucson and her PhD in Nursing from the University Of Kansas School Of Nursing.
